The Newport Apartments are managed by Caitac USA Corp. Property Management.

​When applying for an apartment please provide the following:

1. The security deposit for the apartment you are applying for is required with the applications to hold the apartment.

2. Application Fees:

$50 per individual applicant
3. Copy of photo ID​
​
4. Proof of income
(most recent paycheck stub if employed
currently and locally, financial aid award
letter if a student, tax statement if self
employed, bank statement if from out of
town)
The Newport Apartments are located on Adams Ave and 32nd Street in Bellingham, WA. They were built in 1990 and contain 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments within four 3-story buildings.

​Holding Policies

Maximum hold for 2 weeks after application

While holding, if someone comes in that wants that unit and will pay sooner, you have the option of paying from that time or letting the apartment go

If we are full, rent must start when the unit is ready

Rent includes water, sewer, garbage.
​
There are laundry rooms with coin-operated machines on the first floor of each building.
​
Each apartment is assigned one parking space. The rest is first-come, first-serve.
​
The apartments are located within walking distance to Western Washington University, Sehome Village, and the WTA bus lines.
